Jeffery D. Burch and Sonya J. Acton were married Aug. 9, 2008. The Rev. James Barnhart officiated at the 1:30 p.m. garden wedding in Columbus.
A reception followed at the home of the bride’s mother. The couple planned a wedding trip to Panama City and Destin, Fla. They reside on Franklin Street.
The bride is the daughter of Linda Koerner of Columbus and Charles Acton of Elliotsville. The groom is the son of Shirley Howlett of Franklin Street and Arnold Burch of Columbus.
Darren Burch was best man.
