Katie McMillin and Derick Olson, both of Columbus, announce their engagement.
Ms. McMillin is the daughter of Ron and Cindy McMillin of Columbus. She is a 1999 graduate of Columbus North High School, a 2004 graduate of Ball State University and is a language arts teacher at Northside Middle School.
Mr. Olson is the son of Dave and Cindy Olson of Columbus. A 2001 graduate of Columbus North High School, he is a supervisor at MS Inspection and Logistics and a political science student at Ivy Tech.
The wedding will be at 2:30 p.m. Nov. 1 at First Presbyterian Church.
