Denny and Bonnie Ayers of Iowa Street will celebrate their 50th wedding anniversary Friday.
Mr. Ayers and the former Bonnie Greathouse were married Sept. 12, 1958, at the bride’s parents’ Brown County home by the Rev. James W. Hendricks. Mr. Ayers retired from NTN Driveshaft in 2005. Mrs. Ayers is a homemaker.
The couple have four children, Steven Ayers of Columbus, Susan Eddelman of Brownstown, Michael Ayers of Columbus and Melissa Kirk of Taylorsville. They also have five grandchildren.
