William “Bill” and Marlis Kidd of Seymour celebrated their 35th wedding anniversary in March with a family vacation via Amtrak to Chicago and St. Louis. The trip was a gift from their children and grandchildren.
Mr. Kidd and the former Marlis Otte were married March 10, 1973, at St. Paul’s Lutheran Church Borchers by the Rev. John Tangman.
Mr. Kidd is employed at Valeo Sylvania as a machinist mechanic. Mrs. Kidd is a registered nurse at Schneck Medical Center in Seymour.
The couple have two children, Kathy Littleton and Kevin Kidd, both of Columbus. They also have four grandchildren..
