John and Dorothy Carl of
Jonesville Road plan to celebrate
their 65th wedding anniversary
with family.
Mr. Carl and the former Dorothy Welmer were married June 9, 1943, at Camp Swift, Texas, by the Rev. Julian Herndon.
Mr. Carl retired from Indiana Bell Telephone where he worked for 28 years. Mrs. Carl is a homemaker.
The couple have two children, Greg Carl of Seymour and Sherry Bailey of Richmond. They also have six grandchildren and six greatgrandchildren.
