The bride is the daughter of Paul and Pat Bushard of Byron. She is an active duty Army chemical officer.
The groom is the son of William and Lynelle Payne of Ridgeway Avenue. He is an active duty Army engineer officer.
Caitlin Simms of Bourbonnais, Ill., was maid of honor. Natalie Aschim of South Bend, Ore., Amy Reinholdt of Amarillo, Texas, and Brooke Abrahmson of Rockford, Ill., were bridesmaids. Sydney and Karley Colson of Rockford were flower girls.
Chris Payne of Columbus was best man. Mike Peterson of Rochester Hills, Mich., Tim Gibson Inc. Woodbridge of Columbus and Kevin Sandell of Cedarburg, Wis., were groomsmen. Ben Bushard of Kansas City, Kan., and Ryan Bivins of Bourbonnais were ushers.
